The Texas Eviction Hearing Parser is a joint project of `Open Austin <https://www.open-austin.org>`_ and
`Texas RioGrande Legal Aid <https://www.trla.org>`_ to develop a scraper for Texas county judicial records
to connect tenants with useful info or advocate publicly before eviction hearings.
